5 ways to care for your skin this spring

Despite the recent cold snap, spring is just around the corner, and with a new season comes a new skincare regime. Factors such as temperature, UV rays, nutrients and even environmental stressors like central heating and pollution can vary from season to season, so it’s important that we adapt our skincare routines accordingly.

Here are 5 tips to ensure glowing skin this spring:


The combination of cold winter air and harsh central heating can leave our skin feeling dehydrated and looking dull. Slough off those dead skin cells using a natural exfoliator such as golden bamboo powder or brown sugar and honey once or twice weekly to reveal the new skin cells underneath.

As the days get warmer and central heating becomes a thing of the past, you may want to swap out your thicker creams for something lighter.
