Goods will usually be dispatched within three working days by Royal Mail or its agents, but please allow 7 to 10 working days for UK delivery, 14 days for International orders*. If you do not receive your order after 10 working days for UK orders or 14 days for International orders, please contact us.

Free delivery for all UK orders. Special delivery is £7.99 and items will be received the next working day* if ordered before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm Fridays and over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

EU - £7.99
Rest of World - £15.99 (exclusions apply).

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us ASAP but before 14.00 hours on the day of despatch by phone (01273 570 987). We will contact you within 5 working days to process the refund.

Returns

Rio Health select only the finest quality herbs from the rainforests of South America and the rest of the world for use in our unique product range. For over 20 years, uncompromising standards of excellence in identification, harvest and ecological concerns have underpinned Rio's reputation in South American herbal supplements.

If for any reason you wish to return unopened goods, we will arrange a full refund* to you at the full price that you have paid, provided that they are received back by us within 30 days of our despatch date. We suggest that you contact us before returning the product(s) and ask that you also please obtain a 'Proof of Posting certificate' from your local Post Office - in case we do not receive the parcel.

* Please note: We regret that no refund can be given on opened products or on our Postage & Packing charge -unless the received goods do not meet our stringent quality control guidelines. If you receive damaged or faulty goods - please contact us immediately.
